Samples: We can send samples. Here is our sample policy; Please provide us with your UPS or FedEx account number. We will ship samples via Overnight Delivery using your account information. Samples are randomly selected and may not be of the color or type that you have requested.
Artwork: 2400Promotions provides Full Color Digital Proofs for your approval Free of Charge. Here are restrictions:
- Should you require a “clean” copy of your design proof that does not include our watermarks and contact information, we will require a $ 50.00 deposit before we can electronically transfer a clean copy to you. Upon your purchase, we will credit $ 40.00 of the deposit from your invoice.
- Most designs can be completed by a member of our graphic design staff in an hour or less. We prefer that you send us PC formatted files such as AI, EPS, DOC, PDF, etc.
Payment: 2400Promotions payment terms include, All Major Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, and checks. We accept Purchase orders from Accredited Schools and Universities and Government Agencies. Promotional Products Industry Suppliers and Distributers can apply for Net 10 terms after establishing a payment history with us.
Production and Delivery Times: Below are guidelines for production times for our products. The production times below do NOT include shipping time. The timelines below commence upon receipt of your order approval and our acceptance of your Purchase Order and Payment method (if applicable). The timelines below are approximate and should not be quoted as exact. All of our products ship via FedEx Priority which is a 1-3 Day service with a morning delivery guarantee. 2400 Promotions is not responsible for products delivered outside of the guidelines shown below. Finally and most importantly; 2400 Promotions does not recognize and will not be held responsible for 'in hands' or any other form of firm delivery date requested by the customer either verbal or in writing via email or purchase order. Please consider the production times below you quote your clients:
Wristbands
- Up to 5000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 7-8 Days before Shipping
- 5000 to 20,000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 14 Days before Shipping
- 20,000 to 100,000 Debossed Wristbands, allow 20 Days before Shipping
- Silkscreen Printed Wristbands - Same as above
- Debossed Painted Wristbands, allow 2 Days longer than the above
Lapel Pins
- Up to 1000 Lapel Pins, allow 10 Days before Shipping
- 1000 to 5000 Lapel Pins, allow 14 Days before Shipping
- 5000 to 20,000 Lapel Pins, allow 18 Days before Shipping
- Challenge Coins, allow 14-17 Days before Shipping
Patches
- Up to 2000 Patches, allow 7 Days before Shipping
- 2000 and up Patches, allow 10 Days before Shipping
Lanyards
- Up to 1000 Lanyards, allow 14 Days before Shipping
- 1001 to 10,000 Lanyards, allow 20 Days before Shipping
- 10,001 and up Lanyards, allow 25 Days before Shipping
Bags
- Up to 1000 Bags, allow 12 Days before Shipping
- 1001 to 10,000 Bags, allow 18 Days before Shipping
Rush Orders: Whenever possible, 2400 Promotions will RUSH your order. We offer this service at NO CHARGE. With that said, we will not be held responsible for any orders that are conceived by any client to be delivered late. Because we do NOT charge for rush production services and we do NOT charge for Air Shipping, 2400 Promotions makes no firm guarantee of a delivery date on any order, including rush orders.
Delivery of Products: 2400Promotions includes Air Shipping via UPS or FedEx in most of its quotations. Products can be delivered directly to customers or Distributors and Suppliers via Drop Shipment. Our Drop Shipment service is FREE of Charge but has the following restrictions:
- a. We will only drop ship to ONE Location per order without additional charges. Please contact us for a quotation should you have multiple delivery locations.
- b. All shipments that originate from our factories abroad will include a Customs Duty Commercial Invoice. This invoice will include the following information that will be visible to the recipient:
- Deliveries to locations outside of the contiguous United States will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your International destination.

Hours of Operation: Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm EST. We often are open later and can be reached 24 hours by email.
Additional Fees & Charges: 2400 Promotions strives to provide its customers with simple, ONE-PRICE ordering. Depending upon customer requirements there may be additional fees and charges for certain products. Here are examples:
- Custom Lapel Pins manufactured using a printing process instead of die creation.
- Inside printing on Custom Silicone Wristbands, Inside Printing on Custom Lanyards.
- Multiple sizes of Custom Silicone Wristbands, Multiple sizes or text changes on Custom Lapel Pins.
Our Staff will assist you with the pricing for these and other fees and can offer suggestions as to options that may eliminate the need for these charges.
Retail Friendly Price Pages: 2400 Promotions offers its website to Distributors and Suppliers of Promotional Products. This website is not advertised nor does 2400 Promotions offer its products and services to the Public. We provide via links on the website, downloadable versions of the pages or our website that contain an industry markup that can be distributed to retail clients. 2400 Promotions can offer flyers containing our retail pricing information along with YOUR contact information and logo in the header and footer for a nominal and refundable fee. Please ask us about this service.
